Think
Kosovo businesses needed a dependable way to run attendance, leave, payroll and door access in one place. The previous generation had reached its limits — the brief was a ground-up rebuild.

Frame
We framed it as a single, offline-first desktop product rather than a cloud service: data stays on-site, under the business's control, with no dependence on a constant connection.

Spec
Every device message and screen was specified against typed, validated contracts, so the hardware integration and the interface were built to one agreed shape.

Design
A calm, bilingual interface — Albanian first, English alongside — designed for daily back-office use: clear tables, fast entry, no training manual required.

Build
Built as a modern desktop app with an encrypted local database and a clean adapter to biometric fingerprint and face terminals, so the device protocol never leaks into the rest of the system.

Test
An automated end-to-end suite covers the golden-path flows and runs on every change, alongside human checks — so a release behaves the same on the hundredth machine as the first.

Delivered as a Windows installer with a clean first-run setup, then hardened after launch through a full multi-perspective security and reliability review.

Employee and attendance data lives in an encrypted local database — it stays on the business's own machine.
Real biometric hardware
Talks directly to biometric fingerprint and face terminals through a dedicated, isolated device layer.
Bilingual by default
A fully Albanian interface with English alongside — switchable without leaving the app.
Works offline
Built offline-first, so the front desk keeps working whether or not there's a connection.
